Our fridge broke long time ago. We had to live on less than 40 quid a week to save for a fridge. I had a bad credit and drown in debt till this day. I found this series so real.. we are all 1 pay check of being homeless at one point. It’s either me or my husband got sick, or someone ran over our car, debts filling up, got evicted.. I really feel for this lady truly pinch my ❤️

Like all of these programmes, when the rich person goes to the poor persons house, they all just so happen to come across things that need paying like bills or debt, etc. It is planned and left out intentionally, and normally, the rich person leaves a cash sum at the end of the week, and the poor person finds it on return to their house.

If the benefits weren't so generous, she'd be better off working. Generous benefits keeps people trapped in the system with no incentive to get out.
