For epoxying things like the blower fan, try loading the mixed epoxy into a medicine syringe. You can get in all the tight spots with ease.

you forgot to add vent holes to the sides of the motor cap. With holes only at the bottom the air wont flow much and the motor would get very hot if used several minutes

Nice build. You could have glues everything with PVC adhesive. Much stronger hold since it melts a layer of the PVC to fuse it.
