i built an off road go cart using junk they threw out and a snowblower someone scrapped with full suspension without plans at work in 2 weeks while still making full production.mechanical aptitude,creativity and vision go a long way...this was definitely cool but not rocket science

be careful if you plan on building this.... the centre of gravity is too high, its easy to tilt if you drive too fast when cornering

It is easier to weld the breaks on with them compressed. Since you put a battery on it would have been nice to add a headlight and tail light... and maybe break lights and turn signals. Since you have no chain adjustment you might need a tensioner. I would have also put more padding on the seat (3" foam) to soften the ride a little more. I would have sloped the frame up at the front and put another brace for the bumper and made the bumper wider. Also if you could have shifted the muffler to the side a little you could have lowered it and the seat so it would have a lower center of balance. It looks pretty tippy. I think that would make a grate quad for a kid then (maybe age 8-12).

It’s a childrens quad. They probably shouldn’t be out riding 2 cycle quads at night. No need for headlights but a brake light couldn’t hurt I guess
