I feel like a one-of Born Upon a Wind would be really good for this deck, allowing for the deck to have the ability to fully combo off at instant speed. Being able to win over top of your opponent seems like a really powerful ability.

Reid have you considered Sapphire Medallion? I've been having some success with a list including 4 sapphire medallion and 4 cloud of faeries, as it is a way to combo without necessarily casting high tide, and it can ignore chalice to some degree. With medallion, faeries-snap-faeries into desire is a good line.

In match 1 game 2, was there any consideration for casting snap on the archon in your upkeep, then cracking misty for sanctuary to put snap on top, drawing it for turn. Then you can snap the chalice, cast two high tides and mind's desire for 5?

Not speaking on the legacy format specifically, but do you think that combo wins with this deck take a similar amount of time compared to something like modern second sunrise?

I might be immediately lost on game one here. Just one high tide, 3 islands, and candelabra can produce as much mana as you need or want, right? So you could just float 60 mana and force your opponent to draw his entire deck with blue sun zenith and die on his draw step, right? 🤔

the best build is just a normal deck. the flex slots are typically Predict but I've been playing a few Meditates lately. Mind's Desire isn't good here
