Can you do a video on energies and anxiety and panic attacks?? I get a lot of different energies and shifts. Some feel like anxiety without the fear. Some feel like regular anxiety or panic attacks, Some feel like my body is vibrating all over. Sometimes I feel buzzing all over, sometimes I feel like I can fly away... and some other stuff. I even get tingling or zinging in my hands and feet or extreme heat in them.
