This was wonderful...so helpful. I feel STUCK in my past from my alcoholic parents behaviors. It has been decades of holding so much anger and no matter how much therapy I have had somehow the anger would not leave me. This video has given me another perspective that therapy never, ever addressed. Therapists just want you to keep telling your story over and over...which just keeps the story alive. Hopefully, now I can finally release this anger inside. Anyway, thanks so much for helping people like myself.

In my family, Never Smile when dealing with a tense or trying topic/conversation! It will NOT defuse the situation or make anything better. The interpretation of the smile is that you have placed yourself above them and the situation, it is sarcastic or condescending, and immediately complicates the situation. Yes, not normal, and makes things more difficult. However, thank you for letting us know what correct behaviors for the majority of people are, so us outliers know what direction we should strive for. 🙏

Thanks all info is helpfull. To me tho i feel your channelled messages pertaining to the envolope and the three compartments.. deal with this topic perfectly. Firstly feel the emotion. In every situation life brings you. Be aware of what you are feeling. Dont label it. Feel it. Your soul wil be bringing you the pwrfect situation to bring up your stored emotions. So literally every interaction is an opportunity to feel. Remembering that we are not our mental/emotional construct, that this is a game of polarity and that emotion is not a constant, but simply energy in motion , it wil burn out as we enter into it. Ultimately all fear is a death based construct thus an illusory. Its mearly a contrast appearing real. As we enter it , it wil pass. The trick is not to label it. That lessons the charge. Later on you can re enterprit it.
