14:07 for me, it’s YOU I’m just a gal who’s had my stuff since birth I wasn’t raised as ‘gifted’ but mentally sick, or at most wierd… My parents sent me to therapy in third grade for being obsessed with finding dead bodies on my walk home from school, even crying myself to sleep for my failures, lol. 55 years later it’s well known that a huge indigenous burial ground was found under my (then) neighborhood . My journey with my dreams,channels and guides and visitors took me into Alcoholism and rehab and divorce before I just started keeping it to myself. At 58 I found this channel! Thoth is depicted as the ibis bird its long beak is used to go deep into the ground to find food the analogy to Thoth is that He comes back to earth over and over and goes deep into the darkness to find even the smallest spark of light/soul and shows them the way out of the darkness back out into the light of the heavenly realms. I'm sure if people knew more of him they might be more interested in Egypt more than just an ancient place for tourists.

I've heard from another channel that there is no descending. You cannot un-expand. And I feel that. Makes sense to me that once we have more consciousness, it is normal for us to "retrograde" while still maintaining the expansion that we've previously achieved.

Getting Alzheimer’s may seem as “degradation” on the physical level, however on the spiritual level the expansion might be going higher than any “normal” person could archive in the same period of time. Any experience and choice including a “negative” one leads to a greater spiritual expansion even if it’s not in this life time.
