Malaysia says it does not acknowledge sanctions imposed by individual nations

Malaysia has said that it does not recognise sanctions imposed by individual countries. But it insists that it stands firm in not supporting or funding terrorist groups. Malaysia outlined its position in response to US concerns about Iran moving sanctioned oil through service providers based in the Southeast Asian country. Melissa Goh reports.

China banned export of rare earth to Japan? Australian wine? Israel boycott? Boycott US companies? Sanctions on Qatar by the Saudi and others? Just to name a few- did you apply “international law” and declare them illegal?
