That was amazing. I did it back in 1984-1987 and we were lucky to see "Egg Rolls, 1990, Head Spin, Reg Flares." The stuff that you guys are doing now, blows my mind. TY, great post. Always enjoy the flares, amazing that you guys/gals have that much strength and energy. I'm 51, but I still enjoy listening to old school break dance music.

Ya man, I'm 51 too and I can't believe the level they've taken it too. Good for you for keeping it going up to 87. A lot of people made fun of me for doing it last 1985. My KZbin shows lots of video of me and friends doing it early 90s

WillyWonkasLight and more importantly, it’s not all power moves There’s foundation, which looks super easy to a non-bboy. It’s dancing up top, and dancing on the floor (toprock, and footwork). And everyone needs to be original (make up your own moves and sets)

i dont really think that you can hurt your bones doing toprock, footwork, go downs, freezes etc but some powermoves are really dangerous, i think you should go to breaking school and trainers will help yoy

@@tijuanhoward3661 I know this comment was a while ago but if you mainly do flips and gymnastics things I suggest you should build a lot of core and upper body strength to do any bboy power moves, since that's what most of breaking power uses. Hope this helps at least.
