This is the issue. The child was taken away because the parents were not there. How could the boy be accused of stealing if he was safely in his parents' home half of the time? Would they have bundled the child and beaten him up if the parents were there? Look I am sympathetic towards the parents but I speak with experience. These people need to do better.
