It was Senator Mbata and wife that brought Wike into the limelight of politics and made him LGA Chairman for 4 years. Wike then betrayed the Mbatas. Amaechi helped him to secure his second tenure as LGA Chairman when Obio-Akpor people kicked against Wike's return as Chairman. Amaechi later made him his Chief of Staff when he was governor. Ameachi, as nominated wike as minister. Wike betrayed Amaechi and took over the party (PDP) structure from him. Now, wike is crying foul about SIM wanting to take over his criminality structure.
