Everything is tribal for you guys, can we just rest with all these Bs? The current chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla is an Igbo man. The current chief of defense intelligence is Maj. Gen. EPA Undiandeye from cross river. Everything is not about agenda, the Yoruba house of representatives member was invited solely because he’s the house chairman on defense oversight and not because he’s a Yoruba man. The DIG is representing the IGP, he wasn’t there because he’s hausa/Fulani. Just because those two chiefs are not there doesn’t mean it’s an agenda against south east and south south. They might be busy on official duties and since the chief of defense staff is there, I see no reason why any other security chiefs should abandon their official duties.

Local government autonomy should be viewed along the wards autonomy in the local government, it's only through this you can get the grass roots democracy right in Nigeria, the wards must be build and with its own authority to control its wards/locality, have as well its own local police, by this there will be no ungoverned area.
