Listening to this Lawyer and many others, I have come to a conclusion that Lawyers are unnecessarily overated. That Learned they are being addressed with is completely unnecessary. And this includes both those in the Bar and their counterparts in the Bench. They apply their discretions more than the law they claim to know. They never agree on an issue, even though the law is clear on it. The judges vote to take decisions which makes it more discretionary than what they make us believe. In cases where they have reasons to agree on an issue, judgements are made based on procedure and technicalities. So what are we talking about? You don't know mathematics, you are a judge assumed to be learned and you can't agree that 1+1=2, unless I prove it. If you don't have the basic knowledge and requires me to prove that 1+1=2, then you are not educated enough to decide any matter that involves figures. I think Lawyers should be writing books and doing Television analysis.
