At 45, I recently went to a nude beach for the first time on a trip to Spain. There was nothing sexual about it for me. It was more about accepting and loving my full self without regard to others. It truly was a liberating experience. It topped my sky diving experience as the best thing I've done so far.

Was in. MIA nude beach , so freeing. Not sexual-I think that’s the part people can’t get pass. Naked doesn’t mean sex all the time. We had a great time and drank margaritas and talked to locals all nude. You got to try it at least once to get it!

It is not always a pretty site, I live in the Netherlands and on my first visit we walk on to the beach. We walked quite far up and I saw a large crowd of people, no sign up, nothing and then my friend said we can't go any further it's for nudist. What I saw from a distance, didn't make me want to go any further. It's a hard No for me, each to their own!! 🤪😁

What’s the big deal… that’s amazing, after all we’re just bodies we as humans sexualize OUR bodies. But being nude and comfortable is one of the most freeing experiences. But also when you go to many of these nude colonies there’s is no inhibitions IT IS NOT A BEST BODY CONTEST. It is all colors, shapes, sizes and ages that are present and comfortable. It is a Judge free zone and many people that are feeling self conscious should go to a place like this, it will definitely help to view yourself in a kinder light 💡 Look up Hedonism if your interested, they have in Jamaica and Mexico.
