This is the kind of female artist we need these days...I feel like now we're in the dark days of music just by listening to what's trending or who's popular. I love music from the 90s and early 2000s, a lot of depth.

Listening to this today, for the first time in years, I remember how much I liked this song, and, her as a singer. Boy, a lot of today's 'singers' could take a hint from her, and, let the music do their talking.

I was scared before I met my boyfriend. For years doctors spent years trying to fgure out what was wrong with me. Then I met my boyfriend around the same time I was diagnosed with endometriosis. (a painful illness that effects my uterus and ovaries) I was so worried he wouldn't accept me because I may not be able to have children and the condition effects my quality of life. But he was so supportive and amazing...and he still is 3 years in. This song reminds me so much of him.

Ha ha ha So this is who did this song. All this time. Damn fm radio. I grew up in the day when artist names were mentioned after each song. It took 17 years for me, someone evolving into a sporadic radio listener, to find out who did this. Lovely song. Very endearing. A love song from a girl to a boy - rare as hen's teeth these days - and she did it well. Blossoms to ya girl. Oh, ya, let's not forget the backing musicians who crafted the sound for the lyrics. There's at least one third of the song right there. Still, gotta give it up to CK.
