The video on the Hist Trees of Black Marsh will be released within the next month or so, however, I do have to read a book for it, and I'm doing research into real life dendrologly to add a unique spin on my take on the Hist. In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to make smaller videos like this talking about games that I love. These should give you something to play before Elder Scrolls VI comes out . This reminds me so much of Heaven's Vault, another puzzle game where you uncover a MASSIVE story and do so by deciphering the writings of a bygone empire. It has a mechanic of using the character's background knowledge to give you some initial guesses for the glyphs, but you are still having to do a lot of the translation yourself.

any puzzle that makes you whip out the old pen and paper is great, like the one in Dishonored 2.

If you like this, you should try out Tunic! It’s a simple action game but it has a similar language decoding system, and some really interesting puzzle mechanics.
