Stupidest idea ever...I once thought that..but I later realized how stupid it was..accoding to the energy conversion laws energy is constant...even if we use kinetic energy to charge the friction between road and tyres doesnt change so yuo will have to waste additional energy for charging in a very inefficient manner..

If you streamline your design to minimize the 'wasted' energy, you can actually redirect that energy into a battery without increasing the total energy input. You seem to know all the 'laws' by heart but not how to use them to do anything useful. Sad!
