"Chao Pat Chin"

Here is my own expression of one of my favorite Chinese Food - CHAO PAT CHIN. There were two restaurants back home in the Philippines where we usually buy this almost every other day, one was SNOW SHEEN RESTAURANT and the other was VISAYAN RESTAURANT. They have their own expressions of the dish but one thing in common, its main Seafood Ingredient is THE SEA CUCUMBER. This dish is basically Stir-Fry Mixed Seafood & Veggies (Visayan Restaurant added Chinese Sausage and Beef Meat).
