Chaos @ Basingstoke, Caused by Points Failure @ Winchester. 09/12/22

Basingstoke had been having problems before I got there, my XC train was held up outside the station for nine minutes because so many other trains were running late in and out of London.
Then just after when Winchester had the points failure it was chaos for the passenger as nothing moved for a long time with passenger not knowing which platform there train would go from.
When the trains started to move again there was still long delays for trains getting through Winchester as it was follow the leader until after Winchester Station as I was on a train and got delayed.
