Chaos daemon prince with the nurgle enhancement is a beast, and as far as I can tell there isn't that restriction anymore where you can't take belakor and another daemon prince. My list is Belakor, Lord of Change, Bloodthirster, Shalaxi Helbane, Daemon prince with Allegiance to nurgle, and 3 wardog brigands. Everyone who can take an enhancement has one. Just put it together last night and have high expectations.

Hey, I really liked the video. Good information. I'm actually looking into finally playing Warhamer40k (I always collecting models haha) Would you or anyone have good recommendations for like 500point army maybe something bit tanky and easy to work with for a newbie? Just something to build off later, love the nurgle units look haha

Any factions combat patrol is supposed to give you about 500 pts, it really depends what type of army you want to play and which aesthetic you prefer. Tanky, easy and Nurgle then go Chaos Knights 😁

It is not the most optimal way, but I have the unholy urge to run the most horde heavy khorne list imaginable.

I played that actually, 6 bloodleters, 2 full squads of fleshhounds and a bunch of skull skull crushers, good fun but problem is Khorn is squishy for the points, even the flesh hounds since they have a worse save now, still good just have to be very careful

Leaders cant be chosen for allocating any attacks or damage until the unit they are leading is dead, and Horticulous is an Epic Hero, he can't take enhancements.

You can allocate to leaders with weapons that have precision and thanks, my mistake about Horticulous 👍

Its sad because I only care about Nurgle daemons and i think mono Nurgle is kind of poop (and not in the good Nurgle way)

Yeah it's super unfortunate. I wanted to drown people in a tide of Plaguebearers from every angle so I lose twice, once for being Nurgle and once for wanting a troop-heavy list haha

Personally, I think the index itself is incredibly poorly balanced internally. The only way to play daemons is greater daemons and 3-4 tiny units. It's boring after a few games. Let me use my 110 nettes and 12 fiends.

I agree actually, there aren't a lot of different ways to play the army, especially as troops are overpriced for what they are ! I'd much rather play big daemons because I want to not because you have to 😬
