Now we have substantially lower unga and fuel prices thanks to his bold decisions. Now we remember Kibaki’s bold decisions of raising taxes…now we say he was the best president. But back in 2003-2005 most people were saying Kibaki must go!!!! Its hard to satisfy humanbeings. Great leaders make bold decisions and let history be the judge.
