My friend, he is the President of the Republic of Kenya and he is not the one who controls his security, they also dictate on him what to do on matters Security. So it's not him, he has to obey everything they tell him to do including cancelling any program he has if it causes a security problem.

Something's def up. Never seen Maiyo communicate in-situ and when standing when H.E is reading his speech. He is always seated. The security layering is new. After 10yrs when we shall not have any slums in kenya, when everyone can access healthcare insurance, when the nation can feed itself and export most food, when the hustler fund creats many wealthy hustlers, when we have a balanced budget, when individual savings are substantial in relation to the GDP…thats when you will know that indeed Ruto made wonderful changes. Please Kenyans…no meaningful change comes thru microwave decisions( eg the subsidy program of unga). Remember how angry most people were when subsidies on unga and fuel were removed!!?? Now we have substantially lower unga and fuel prices thanks to his bold decisions. Now we remember Kibaki’s bold decisions of raising taxes…now we say he was the best president. But back in 2003-2005 most people were saying Kibaki must go!!!! Its hard to satisfy humanbeings. Great leaders make bold decisions and let history be the judge.
