Chaos in Customization

Funny how people don't realize HOW BAD some of these worlds lag. I've been there, I understand why. I made a Farlands by accident and did a survival run in it. Yeah, new chunks lagged that thing something fierce. My survival stayed in 1.12.2 until 1.20 came out, at which point I finally decided to move forward throughout the snapshots and collect a bunch of broken and glitchy items. It was funny seeing my height 80 oceans suddenly plummet 2,000+ blocks away from spawn since that was finally where new terrain generated. I miss this feature.

I love the way this video is presented, lol. True potential here with this unique editing style! (and I just now realized your about says that, what a coincidence, guess you accomplished that!) I wish they kept the customize feature, and hopefully there's a mod that brings the feature back in modern versions because it would be great to mess around with.

Oh, I absolutely forgot how chaotic customized worlds can get. I think datapacks replace their functionality now, but aren't as easy to use however
