Hi Guys,
Let the games begin. I decided to pop along to Kensington and Chelsea Council offices and although expectations were never high I have to say things got well out of hand fairly quickly.
I ended up with over 2 hours of footage with all the events so I have had no choice but to split this over 2 videos. The follow up will be published 24hours after this.
Needless to say this one was carnage. I look forward to reading your feedback.

I've just looked at the security procedures for the council, it says; 1. Escalate every public encounter in a publicly accessible area. 2. Attack anyone recording in a publicly accessible area. 3. Openly display as much personal and private information as possible in a publicly accessible area. I therefore believe this is a pass.

You're right, DCC is probably one one the most offensive and aggressive councils in the country. There's a general feeling that they are merely using aggression as a default action so as to protect the financial corruption that has become rife over many years. We used to believe that the behaviour was due to employing poorly paid, uneducated and grossly untrained security staff, but despite an endless catalogue of very reliable complaints, the dreadful and unacceptable conduct has continued.
