This season started out crazy I have no idea what's gonna happen but I'm excited to see where this season goes. Do you guys prefer this new overlay or do you prefer the overlay with lines?

The two kids that Pike saved and convinced Scanlan to go to Vasselheim were played by the voice actor's kids. They showed up a lot in season 1 too. Season 2 isn't focused on just one character like season 1 for Percy (and Pike). They are going to explore every member of Vox Machina. It really was a shock to the viewers of the stream. For the players, Matt had done a little foreshadowing by having them revisit Brimscythe's lair, but it was still just a shock.

It's like starting the season by dropping a nuke on everything. The voice actor for Thordak the red dragon was Lance Reddick, RIP.
