There are other distinctions (ie. in the stories of the Prophet, small seperations in how we pray, etc.) but we still use the same Quran and follow the same message. There are outlier sects who claim to be muslim however those are not viewed as legitimate

@@fnkayani3792 the Quran is book based on New testament characters known of by the prophet that wrote it. He simply gave them new identities than what was commonly taught at the time. Quran also took new testament prophecies and rewrote them to fit the professed new prophets unfolding narrative. The author of the Quran had only known about the angel Gabriel because he had read and heard about him from the Christian teachings. Gabriel was only mentioned showing up in scripture to announce the appointed time the Jewish Messiah would arrive. Gabriel would never have given a new revelation that contradicted his prior announcements. Quran is one big flaw so there needn't be a great effort to distort it. It was based on a distortion of already commonly taught truths of that time like the nature of God the Son and the truth of the cross and crucifying of Jesus. I'm not trying to belittle your beliefs in any way but it helps to remember that the Quran was a narrative written in search of an audience of people who had already rejected Christ just as Jesus prophecied would happen after his ascension and resurrection. Jesus forewarned that broad was the way that leads to destruction but narrow was the way that leads to eternal Life and few there be that find it. Think about it

"I and Father are the same" is not the same as "I am the Father". Don't rely on interpretation, oneness should be clear and straightforward without guessing.
