I am trying to rotate a door that is composed of several pieces (vertical slats, horizontal slats, glass, and a handle). It has been modeled and grouped in SketchUp, but when I try to rotate it, each of the pieces rotates erratically. I honestly don't know how to proceed; I've tried rotating each one separately, but it becomes very tedious, and the result is chaotic. Is there any solution? I asked in the Chaos forum, but there doesn't seem to be one, or I couldn't find it.

I don't know SketchUp, but there must be an option to rotate it at once with a pivot.

I can't figure out how to restore the "live link" connection with 3ds max after closing the programs. is there such a possibility? help me please

Live Link can be initiated in one of the following ways: 1-Initiate Live Link to Vantage MAX script Use the Initiate Live Link to Vantage MAX script in 3ds Max from the Vantage toolbar. Click the Initiate a Live-Link to Chaos Vantage button and a live link session is initialized between 3ds Max and Chaos Vantage 2-Start a GPU IPR session in 3ds Max. Once a Live Link session is started, the scene is transferred to Chaos Vantage and a thick blue contour line appears around the viewport and the status message in the lower right changes to [LIVE LINK]

Yes, you just need to save the chaos vantage file once to keep your settings.
