I am in love with Melvina since I played Growlanser Heritage of War. However, while I am happy to see her feature so much in the opening, I find it kind of weird, especially when I have seen A LOT of the dialogue scenes (we all know why🤭). And I haven't seen her at all in the story. And I remember reading she is even optional.

My memory is fuzzy so bear with me. I remember Melvina showing up in the area that looks like a destroyed city, she has a chance to appear during one of the optional missions. You may be able to recruit her by defeating her within a certain number of turns, but I couldn't come close to that requirement because she is extremely powerful, like superboss level powerful.

Judging by the opening artwork this look like most of the mediocre JRPGs I've played on the PS3 which looks the same graphically and play very similar to each other. xD
