Big Betty Bertha dealt 50dmg in one round to an incomprehensible god-parasite thus, making it flee. which is cool. but it also means that making the avatar of a MYTHOS GOD turn tail took only slightly more time than the one-punch fight against Reggiati at the docks. Betty is *crazy* in a fight!... very cool.

That exchange between Theodore and Archibald at the very end was 11/10. It was so human and vulnerable and a perfect example of what Archibald was talking about earlier regarding how the goodness of mankind is real and worth fighting for: Theodore, out of everyone here, is probably the most run-of-the-mill, everyday person, yet she was willing to lay her life down for the greater good and was so kind throughout the whole adventure. Ugh, the series was amazing.

I have greatly enjoyed this series, Mark Meer has an excellent voice acting that goes with this type of adventure!! Patrick Logan also has that stoic voice that can be very real inside this type of nightmarish stories. Loved Josephine McAdam interpretation, her characters are always charismatic and you want to route for them, remember her in her vampire attire. Noura Ibrahim brings the funny stuff, she clearly enjoys all the roles she takes and appears to push her acting boundaries every single time. Lucia, second time I saw her (previous participation on Books of Arkham) in an excellent role Hoping for more of these short stories

Excellent! I think I liked this even more than "Bookshops"! Would have loved if you did a "1 month later..." with the 4 of them in a therapy group led by the good doctor. 😃
@AenVegra4 ай бұрын
I mean... The good doctor doesn't have any new phobias, lost... relatively very little Sanity, and had enough Power to just *nope* away most of the mind-based effects thrown at him. He seems like he might need a stay in the hospital, but other than that... he might be able to head right off into the next adventure after a little bit of respite.

maybe (after a break for the cast to breathe first) you could film a little 'epilogues' section at the end for the characters that survive/if any. a real quick roll call thing. id much appreciate to see what happens immediately after the big bad is dispatched and what future the players envision for their characters.
@WhiteHareGames4 ай бұрын
Fantastic story all of you. For future consideration - it is always lovely to have each character (who survives) give some sort of summation of their life over the following few months - how/if they try to get back into normal life, or go down the insanity rabbit hole. This was such an abrupt end that it would have been awesome to get a little bit of "life after" as a wrap up.

Well……that’s as good an ending as I’ve seen in these games. More often, everyone dies or goes insane. This was a rare ending for sure but a good one. I’m glad those ladies got to rest after being so horribly taken by others. I feel good about this end. I would like to have an epilogue with each of them to find out how they’re doing, but there is still the Q&A to watch so maybe there. It’s is 4am now, I binged watched all the episodes because I am an impatient chaos gremlin but this was good. Gave my brain something else to focus on for once. Sleeping is going to be a different issue altogether but we’ll see. This was awesome, amazing, wonderful, everyone was amazing from the start (actors, props, writers, makeup, costume, etc) and I look forward to seeing what goes up next. My first thought was “Ghosts of Arkham” since there are so many other stories we haven’t heard about this place. I thank you for the entertainment.

whoa. I am *blown* by this play, this story. This is ttrpg how I've never seen it, and I am in so many ways fully taken and filled with awe! There's so much inspiration and aspiration to be taken from this fantastic series which I've bingewatched over two days last week, and then eagerly waiting for the release of this grand finale. Thank you so much to everyone involved with this. The authors did a fantastic job at creating an apocalyptic, eerie, disgusting and alltogether equally heartwrenching tale and atmosphere. The players - I love how everyone has thrown themselves into their character, put on display all the emotions and the deterioration only a CoC story can evoke. Well, the keeper - a new great inspiration for my own keeping and game mastering, especially regarding the construction of a tangible atmosphere, changing in the instants of the stories pace. Incredible. And last but not least, the team behind the camera, behind the scenes, who created this beautiful set with all its lovely little details, who created all those amazing props I could only wish to hang framed to my walls (well maybe not the cooked torso, but...), and who did such an outstanding job with light and fog and sound to support everything we experienced together with these fine investigators. Thank you all so much for this. I already know I'll come back to this over and over again in the future.

Very, very enjoyable, and congratulations to all involved. I hope we see more, soon. It did, however, leave open the sanity-blasting question of why a woman running a small inn in 1920s eastern Massachusetts is named "Theodore" and dressed like Annie Oakley? Then again, there are some things Man was not meant to know.
