The MAC-10 was hilarious, crafting a hipfire build basically turned you into a ranged melee weapon, but as a weapon model, it was ludicrous. The recoil of the MAC-10, even with its horrendous folding stock deployed, is uncontrollably violent at its high cyclic rate. As Ian McCollum said, "it's useful for a fight in a phone booth, and not much else." The BOCW version was buttery smooth, certainly moreso than the concurrently-added AK-74u, and on par with the Milano 821. The nerfs to per-bullet damage confused me; the obvious nerf to make would have been to model its handling characteristics more faithfully.

The switchblade from bo4 was not as strong as you stated, in my opinion of course. Vmp on the other hand, definitely belongs on this list

Switchblade X9 was very much a case of saved by attachments, not enhanced by them. It was average in almost every way. Rapid fire 2, while there were still faster and stronger options, did wonders for it. Add grip to reduce its already low recoil, perhaps fmj to tackle armour easier. It wasn't busted like the VMP or Micromg, but it had surprising potential.
