No, he plays 40-45 match seasons. His national team is also a hinder. He will probably score near 30-35 goals every season, and end his career like Ibra. His opponents are Lewandowski - Ibrahimovic - Suarez to be honest. It's clear. Under Ronaldo - Messi level, we have this modern untouchable trio around 550-650 goal numbers. If he surpasses them, he will be the greatest pure CF of all time. This is the goal.

Haaland is a blast to watch! It's also a blast watching snarky commentary of people who are jealous or worried that he might overturn the records of their favorite player. Trying to deny that he is anything but a phenom is petty. You have a lovely dog! Thank you for the video!
@アマ-p2l2 ай бұрын
Making the comparison to Ronaldo and Messi is petty. First of all stats don't matter. Any clutch player who never scores but scores when it matters is a better player in my book. He isn't even better than Cole Palmer so comparing him to legends is a joke. If he puts in the work he may become as good as Drogba, with more consistency. Which would be a sight to behold, but it's not a god, it's not even Messi or Ronaldo, as far as you could possibly get form a goat because goat qualities are deciding games, not being on the end of a perfect pass to tap it in, not saying he's a tap-in specialist just saying there probably hasn't been any club that made it easier for a striker to score, Balotelli may have performed as good as him with the right teammates (that may be cap), he's by far not even the best City player in history though, there's no comparison to Yaya Toure, that's not up for debate. 5 more seaons like this then you can call him the greatest City player. 10 more then you can get away comparing him to the goats. However if he never scores against Real Madrid then he will never even get close to being the greatest of all time. There are players who had way more impact on the important games. Even if you judge by consistency there's Yaya Toure and Ronaldo 9. Drogba was already a better striker it's not up for questioning. The stats don't matter, a striker that scores in every single knock-out game he plays does. He's a modern phenomenon, but a pretty lame one, if you think because of his stats he's anywhere as big as the legends you're just wrong. He's not even on Drogba levels yet. He can get there and it would be spectacular, but I don't want to see it because you will proclaim him a god and send him fanmail if that happens since you're already talking about his records as if he's playing alone on the pitch, or as if stats in the modern game can be compared to Drogbas stats who used to get fouled right from kickoff to a point that would put todays strikers on the bench before they ever get into the penalty box.

@@アマ-p2l Chelsea side in its glory days had arguably the best footballing prodigies in the Prem and Europe. Just to name a few, Drogba, Lampard, John Terry, Ballack, Anelka, Ashley Cole and the list goes on. Pretty much comparable to the Treble winner City side. For the likes of Drogba who's highly rated in his prime with the squad mentioned, his stats should be equal to what Haaland's had, but it's not even close. Drogba wasn't really capable to produce those numbers. It's as clear as daylight. Haaland is twice the striker Drogba was and earned that privilege of being compared to the GOATs. About Big-Games scoring, there are many lesser known players than Drogba who score in Big Games. Some of them are not even strikers. Drogba isn't the only one. So your argument is not as solid as it may sound.
@DroidSapiensX2 ай бұрын

Haaland still having his physical peak to come while he's getting smarter and learning more that he can do with the ball is a scary. I'm not saying he could surpass Messi or Ronaldo with those numbers but... I wouldn't be surprised to see him do something like Hank Aaron where you literally could just pencil him in for 35-40 HRs every year for a decade and a half. And if he makes the right club moves he could easily keep those numbers up while his physicality starts to go. I mean, can you imagine 2032, seeing a 32-yo Haaland getting on the end of crosses from a 25-yo Lamine Yamal down at Barca? It's *possible*, especially if he wants to play for a number of teams in a number of leagues. Then around 2035 he comes to MLS and it's like Zlatan 2.0

This might be a controversial opinion to people who never followed Haaland prior to moving to Man City, but I do think the entertainment side to his game shines the most when he's playing for a weaker side against fairly even opposition. I thought he was incredibly entertaining to watch at RB Salzburg with his bulldozing runs and extravagant displays of strength and speed, not to mention his build-up plays, which he gets criticized for being incompetent at these days. He showed some of that at Dortmund as well, but not quite as frequently. At Man City, I feel like his skill set has been sacrificed for the sake of the team/Pep's tactical setup, and that might be beneficial for Man City, but it's also subjected him to a lot of what I think is largely undeserved criticism. And a lot of people do tend to rate players based on their entertainment factor, so it's not all that surprising to me that some people seem to experience great joy in regurgitating the statement "without service, he would be nothing", or "he can't do anything by himself, unlike player X who's a one man army" 😅

Another counter to "he can only do with at a good team like ManC", is that he has close to 1 goal per game with the national team, and they are decidedly not good (as a team). Just broke a 90 year old record to become the top scorer ever...at 24. His biggest weakness (imo) is that he has a tendency to disappear in big matches. But not every player, no matter their skill, has the ability to singlehandedly turn and win games or tournaments (hi Messi)
