He definitely saw her 😭 Colin had been writing to Pen while traveling, but Pen never wrote back to him because she was upset. So when he got back home, he didn’t know where things stood between him and Pen. He figured something was wrong, therefore was too nervous to say hi to her. That’s what I’m choosing to believe, because there’s no other reason for him to ignore Pen like that!
