Jokes aside, this fangame seems to be following the Enhanced version with some appealing visuals.

Looks like the mannequins almost know your location, so they walk to that location, and if you run right next to them, they will hear your steps and notice you, they are permanent chasers until you primal them. And vanish looks usless because they are clearly blind.
