Chaotic scenes at Uganda Police court as former DPC Muhammad Kirumira storms out of hearing

There was drama in the Police disciplinary court when the former Buyende District Police Commander, Mohammed Kirumira, appeared for the hearing of his bail application.
Kirumira stormed out of the dock, displeased by the set of conditions set for his bail by court sitting at the Police headquarters in Naguru here in Kampala.
