Drama as Buyende police boss Kirumira is arrested

Assistant Superintendent of police Muhamad Kirumira has been arrested by police this morning amidst heightened tension. Kirumira was forcefully picked from his house in Bulenga by uniformed and non-uniformed police operatives after a long standoff that started in the wee hours. He is expected to appear in the police court at Naguru today to answer to several charges including misconduct and torture.
