Chaplain Care for Health Care Colleagues: What the Evidence Tells Us

Chaplains support their healthcare worker colleagues. Until recently, the evidence for this claim was scattered amid the literature. Thanks to first author, Sarah Knapp, and her author team, including Ben Schaefer, this evidence was systematically identified and mapped in their scoping review, Chaplain care for health care colleagues. Sarah and Ben presented their findings and were joined by respondent, Dr. Rachel Thienprayoon, an expert in the field concerning staff care.
