I've been flipping for 3 years I'm not as good as her but I know tricks. Something that helped me a lot when learning is to learn it on left hand first it feels weird but it helps out a lot in more advanced tricks. I hope this helped someone!

Okay I'll try, again... I just can't get it; I've been trying to learn this off and on for years. It's really stopping me from progressing cause alot of tricks have a chap thrown in. Nice tutorial tho, really easy to understand and a bit different (better) than the last one I saw. Edit; I just tripled my personal record of 2! I got it to go around 6 times before it went flying, now I can easily do 2 or 3 before it gets out of control. This really helped, Thanks!

You have to get in the rythem just make sure it's tilted to the right about 30 degrees if your right handed and then it's easier
