Is the Heart and Esophagus, Bronchus, Thyroid, Myocardium BILATERAL?? Or is the heart only on the left and the other stuff only on the right?

The heart is on the left and the B/T/E/M is on the right. I hope this helps, 4 years later, when you are probably well into residency or your career. :)

@nsood6 they are actually bilateral. The heart, bronchi, thyroid, and esophagus are between ribs 2 and 3 at the sternocostal junction, bilaterally. This is based on Savarese and AMBOSS resources.
