Spent quite a bit of time yesterday trying to memorize an excel table without feeling confident on it afterwards. I got this method down in like 15 minutes, thanks for sharing!

I like this method way better than the other popular chart. You may want to consider adding bladder to one of the legs boxes, adding Esophagus to the arm box, and also adding Duodenum to the stomach box though. All 3 of those are common questions.

i've generally found the questions don't require you to have such detailed knowledge of levels. If it's a stomach ulcer you can answer t5-t9 because they wont put like "t6-t9" or "t5-t8. 3 will be way off and you'll probably be picking between that and t9-t11 for small bowel. How is the pancreas t4-t11?

Love the set up! I just want to warn other students that there are inaccuracies that will mess you up big time if you are using this as the main way to memorize for the boards. E.g Appendix is 100% T12, not t9 and arm are t2-t7. Thank you for the idea though it was super helpful !

Arm innervation down to T8 ? Do you mean chest wall somatic innervation? The arm gets down to T1 according to the texts I've seen.

Cassian YHVH This case is a bit different- we're talking about viscerosomatic relationships, not strict muscular group innervations. Although the brachial plexus (we've got a great video on this if you're interested) only includes spinal roots down to T1, the viscerosomatic responses to arm pathology can exist down to the T8 level
