It was so long ago i don't remember to be honest, wood i would guess around 18mm. Attached to the handles by getting some threaded eye bolts that goes into the same thread as the handles. then another eye bolt on the shelf, and then a turnbuckle that goes between those eye bolts. and back the back just bolted to the cargo barrier.

Firstly: before you put allll that extra weight and bling on, did you upgrade your suspension?. I assume not. You will be near GVM before you know it with these cars. Trust me I know because that was the first thing I did to my 120 and boy does is handle better with the extra weight. I eventually removed abit of unnecessary weight but still getting up there.

In this video it was stock suspension but since then I have done a bunch more to the car, soon after filming this video i upgraded the suspension which was a good upgrade to do. It is quite common and easy to get near to or exceed GVM with these cars I know that.

depending how many wires you want to run up there, the best and most popular way is probably up the side of the windscreen, you can often tuck them into the side weather strip. @chappelle1219 ай бұрын
If its a kings thumper max dual compressor, it should have an inbuilt pressure switch, you don't have to do anything it just cuts out when it reaches a certain pressure, which if your trigger is closed and it's not leaking anywhere it should reach that pressure very quickly and just cut out until you open the trigger or whatever again which will turn it back on.

@chappelle1213 жыл бұрын
The barrier is DIY, its actually from a mitsubishi van that I got for free, i just cut the bottom off it and mounted the cargo barrier itself to the back of the drawers, thats what gives me a bit of room for the water bladder to fit between the barrier and the seats.
