The Priest's Hole // Hiking Vlog #11

Having avoided the Priest's Hole like the plague I decided it was about time I visited it - after all I've walked past it so many times on the numerous Fairfield Horseshoe walks over the years.
It turned out to be better than expected. Incredible lofty views across the north eastern fells and a long rest in total solitude - it was bliss.
Despite the equipment failure earlier on!

Brilliant video. And great knowledge... I wish I could point out all the fells/crags like that! Really impressed with the audio on your 360 before the wind picked up. Quite surprised at just how good it is actually.

Thanks very much mate, greatly appreciated 😊 🙌 Truth be told the audio on the 360 is absolutely terrible so I use an external mic hooked up to phone. But the jack broke so had to rely on a combo of voice over and the terrible camera audio 😭

Another great video. Loved the hyper speed driving haha :-) I knew the end of the route through the farm as I had a wander along there one day but didn't get any further than the foot of the hills. I've been considering doing it again and carrying on, and now I probably will as it looked great. Loved the views up at The Priest's Hole. Shame about your mic but you got away with it. Still a cracking watch.

Great video mate. Almost made there few years back but friend i was with had enough walking so we camped just below it shame as well because it was a full moon and was some northern lights to would been great view. Thought it was steep as i left the tent had quick look at rest the route. Thought the cave was lot bigger looks bit small in your video. Hope to go up there on the next trip to the Lakes.
