Chapter 1: Infant Repositioning for Plagiocephaly and Brachycephaly (Flat Head Syndrome)

Are you worried your baby's head has a flat area on it? Have you noticed they always prefer to look or sleep with their head in one direction, or keep their head tilted to one side? This video series will teach you what to watch for in regards to plagiocephaly and torticollis, provide tips on how to start correcting the flat area using counterpressure, and offer suggestions on how to make tummy time easier.
