Chapter 10 - Sounder Base B200S

Chapter 10 will be about Sounder Base B200S this is an intelligent base detector.
This sounder base can be programmed using VFT or directly in the panel NFS2-3030.
You can program: Tone, Volume, Control Zone and Silenciable.
The new model is B200S-WH.

Awesome video!!! I love how the B200S sounder base can be silenced using the silence button on the panel. My question is, does that apply to the isolator version? (The B224BI-WH) as it only comes equipped with three terminals on the mounting plate; which only cater to the S.L.C (Signaling Line Circuit)

Hello thanks for watching! Did you mean AFP-200? it depends type of trouble could be sounder no answer or incorrect position! I have never worked with that panel AFP-200 but with the ONYX Series you can get those troubles and you need to understand that when you program a sounder base with a spot detector you create a link so if you put a different address you will get the incorrect position! And if the sounder base is damaged you can get the sounder no answer!! Hope this helps you stay safe and have fun! I will make a video about troubleshooting really soon!! ...

This is exactly how my housing authority has it set up with the exact sensor and the sounder base imagine having 7 of these in one small apartment🙄 MY EARS and when they get unsynchronized just a hot mess

Also how does ours units turn off after there is no more smoke? like how do the program the panel to do that?

That's not good! So when one detector activates the 7 sounder bases activates?? They can be sync as system sensor devices!! So maybe it's a bad installation!! These sounder bases are really loud!! Have fun!! ...

@@lumenfirealarms Yeah when one goes off they all go off in my apartment only not the whole building just my unit and when the smoke clears they turn off no one has to go to the panel in the FIRE/SPRINKLER Control basement
