Dear Sir, First of all, thank you for your very good videos. I would kindly like to ask you if you could recommend me from where I could buy the blind nut, made of plastic, with chains ? You could see them at 1:47min, mounted on the tank valves. I have a family inherited winery in Romania and I would like to have similar blind nuts on my tanks as well. Or you cheat like most wineries do for big produced wines use outdoor temps and add CMC to wine which does same thing.
