Thank you. I have a major distrust of hospitals, I was molested by a doctor and verbally abused by nurses as a child. I have to keep bringing this up to get staff to understand where my head is at. I was never asked if I had any additional stressors going into major surgery.

I have to really drill home I need full disclosure on every aspect of the pre/post op procedures. I find from past experience especially with anesthesiologists I'm treated like I don't need or couldn't comprehend what they are doing. I'm not nervous going in to surgery I'm defensive!
