ii have a question. for those who has kidney stone and they pass it through the urine. how does a big stone can pass through the glomerular

Stones begin to form in the calyces and beyond. Remember that larger substances do not pass into the filtrate at the glomerulus.

at 23 min you ask the class "what does juxtaglomerular cells do when they sense high BP" they all answered "vasoconstricts" and your like yea. WHY?! WOULDN'T IT VASODILATE TO COMPENSATE FOR HIGH BP AND WIDEN UP TO LOWER BP?! at around 20-21 mins, you mention that juxtaglomerular complex cells sense a stretched out affarent art. which means its high bp system, therefore it RELAXES and vasodiolates. When you say it contracts to decrease bp, you should just say vasodiltes. next, renin ultimately leading to aldosterone release, is a PRO-vasoconstrictor. An anti-vasoconstrictor, like you mentioned, would imply RAAS leads to vasodilation, which is not true. like you mentioned RAAS increases bp, so how is that anti-vasoconstriction? Finally, sorry if im being very dumb and not catching something but id gone back 2x to see then googled it too and yes high bp input = vasodilate output to compensate
