Thanks Raj. It helps me lot. Can you make a video on how to use state handlers like webhook error, etc to handle the errors. I tried to use webhook in route fulfillment and added a this webhook state handlers to same page. It is not triggered at all. Searched but didn't get any help.

@@VLM234 I don't have access to CCAI to show live agent transfer, CCAI is still private. Basically you have to select Transfer to the agent under the prompt section for transfer.
