There are no limits on inbound concurrent calls. You can also submit a request to Azure Support to increase the limit for outbound concurrent calls. Our vetting team reviews all requests. For outbound, only 2 calls per number.

How the lambda function can get the "intent" : "Asknumber" ? even though there was no any AskNumber intent configuration in the get customer input block. I haven't found any channel (connection part) to access the 'Asknumber" intent from the connect side. but when we see the lambda function logs, we can see AskNumber intent was delivered as event.

Hello Rajiv, first thank you for your amazing video this is really helpful for me. I have one question about this architecture. When we set 'Get customer input' Block, you didn't configure the 'Help' intent. But after creating this whole contact flow, when we input the "help" or "assist" something like this, the 'Help' intent is automatically triggered even though there was no any setting in that block as "Help", only Createbooking, ManageBooking, Flightinfo, contact us, timeout. This help intent is always triggered automatically by Lex? How is this working?

Like i have a list of services that I will be fetching from my own crm using lambda function then populate those services in get customer input block. As these services can vary time to time if I change them in my crm then I don't want to manually update the get customer input block options. I want the text top be spoken based on those services that I think can be done by storing the services in attributes but how can I make them as the dtmf option like if there are only 4 services today then only 4 options are there and if there are 8 then 8 options are there. If you didn't understand please let me know I will try to explain again
