Chapter 6 - David Parsley

David Parsley, born and raised in Butler County Ohio.
I turned 60 in 2024.
Was lucky enough to retire at 57 so my model building got more involved.
I have been an avid model builder since the age of 10.
In my years in the U.S. Army I still built when I could.
My passion is for fire related apparatus from 1950 to the mid 80’s.
I am retired from the manufacturing sector.

I discovered David's work on Facebook about a year ago, I delight in watching his WIP posts, as well as the finished pieces naturally. A true master in scale modeling.

Ambitious work. Very detailed. To think the inspiration for some of these may still be in some rural firehouses around the country - some re-furbed to be front-line equipment.
