A lovely update to your new start in Portugal. All your stuff in boxes all around the place makes you realise what hoarders we all are... hehe. All of it useful off course 😉. Your land looks lovely with the grass moving in the wind. All the best for the future and the work ahead of you now. So looking forward to seeing your updates. 👍🏼

Hoarders! lol its only when you move and haven't got rid of things that reality sinks in! we really are hoarders lol but I must admit now unpacking loads we will never need buy gain (maybe?) first time today in a long time making a meal and got even the simple things like a garlic crusher that you just can lay your hand on after everything packed that little pleasures please :) its a shame to cut the grass as the sea of grass blowing is a pleasure, but we need to use the land plus got to mind the dried grass seeds are like razors if get into Teds feet. you can hear its a live with crickets amazing sounds. Thanks for the your comments and hoping to get lots of videos out, Stephens just got a new toy so think thats the next video :)

Good progress you have made! Sorry for the loss of your furry friend... Try not to move the camera so much and so fast, it is hard to see the video without getting sick and dizzy. Keep up the good work!

Huhu yes as we work through the long grass and turn some of the bottom level into a lawn and growing to a large allotment this level will be chick free 😊 and second middle layer at the back end will house and also free range out a bit poultry once the stronger bigger fences go in.

After working long hours, and short time off, with a plan off retire at 55, as mortgage would have been finished, sometimes life changes you and we had to change our lifestyle earlier. Our uk garden was a ok size with every corner we squeezed in allotments, fruit plants and trees, made our own wine and made most food drinks from scratch to storing and drying. But our tiny eye opener of building and solos to off grid made us more determined to find a farm which we never afford in the uk so our hunt started a few years back other countries which had to still have the ability to produce our own food. We was lucky enough to find this farm half livable and ready to go costing just over 54k but now the prices have jumped up alot! Our plan was to be off grid but because we want to still be doing this in our hopefully 70's+ we choose just under 2 acres to keep manageable to live as well . And yes we chose Castelo Branco for the rural quite area ☺

Can you go slower with moving the camera around. It’s as if you were going to show us somethingand then changed your mind. I too had to turn the volume up but can you talk a little slower. I hate to make a complaint but I too want to enjoy your journey. Good luck in your new adventure .Australia loves people who travel….
@vanannax88092 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for your comment and sorry for how he zooms around ( you should try living with him!!!! lol no we noticed how to much movement is like a merry-go so will get better on this plus now changed over to using our go pro instead of phones so will help us on not sideways filming and just ordering microphones as this blogging takes a lot of time and its only when you've taken hours editing then you see the finished version after its released and you start to cringe watching all the mistakes of sound and vision, Hang in there ! learners trying to make it better x ( can't believe we are being watched by Australians!) :)
