My question is how someone can continuously rack up credit card debt, and other debt, and keep claiming various forms of bankruptcy ?!? For some, it is a lifetime of irresponsibility, manic spending, and no one who will stop the individual from doing the same thing for the 3 rd time ! Meanwhile, it infuriates the rest of society, who may work multiple jobs to pay their bills/debt.
